SYNERGY announced that the company plans to increase its investment in Hangzhou Boya Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with its own funds of 11 million yuan, of which 1.0581 million yuan will be included in the registered capital and 9.9419 million yuan will be included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase is completed, Hangzhou Boya's registered capital will change to 8.6571 million yuan, and SYNERGY's shareholding will increase to 24.9285%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting. Hangzhou Boya was established on November 29, 2023, with a registered capital of 6.7333 million yuan. The main financial data shows that as of March 31, 2025, the total assets are 7.5467 million yuan, and the net assets are 7.4195 million yuan; the net profit from January to March 2025 is -848,500 yuan
