JFL: Signed a financial cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Communications Holding Group Financial Co., Ltd
JFL announced that the company has signed a three-year Financial Cooperation Agreement with Jiangsu Communications Holding Group Finance Co., Ltd. The company's maximum daily deposit balance with Jiangsu Communications Finance shall not exceed RMB 1.5 billion; at the same time, the company grants Jiangsu Communications Finance a credit limit not exceeding RMB 640 million, and Jiangsu Communications Finance grants the company a credit limit not exceeding RMB 1 billion, with the specific interbank borrowing interest rate determined by both parties based on market prices. This matter needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review and approval
