CHI ASIA VALLEY Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhongshan Cuiheng Group Co., Ltd., aiming to leverage the complementary advantages of both parties in the Cuiheng Industrial Park to promote park development. The board believes that this agreement will create mutual benefits and synergies for both parties, aligning with the group's long-term development goals and shareholder interests
According to the announcement from CHI ASIA VALLEY (00063), on April 25, 2025, the company entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Zhongshan Cuiheng Group Co., Ltd. (Zhongshan Cuiheng, a limited company established in the People's Republic of China). Zhongshan Cuiheng and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties from the company and its connected persons (as defined in the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) and have no connection with the company and its connected persons. Under the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the parties agree to establish a strategic partnership to leverage their complementary advantages within the industrial park in Cuiheng New District, Zhongshan City (Cuiheng Industrial Park).
The board of directors believes that the strategic cooperation framework agreement provides valuable opportunities for the parties to utilize their respective resources and expertise to create mutual and synergistic effects for the development of Cuiheng Industrial Park. Therefore, the board believes that the proposed strategic cooperation under the strategic cooperation framework agreement aligns with the group's long-term development goals and business development strategy, and is in the interests of the group and its shareholders
