CHEVALIER INT'L (00025.HK) announced the sale of land and properties located in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, to an independent third party, Northam Properties (VI) Inc., for a cash consideration of CAD 13.65 million (approximately HKD 75.08 million). The estimated pre-tax loss from the sale is approximately HKD 4.18 million
