RXHT announced that shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Shanghai Guoshi and its concerted party Shanghai Guosheng, will reduce their holdings of the company's unrestricted circulating shares by a total of 180,300 shares through centralized bidding transactions from May 13, 2025, to May 14, 2025, accounting for 0.11% of the company's total share capital and 0.11% of the company's total share capital excluding the shares in the repurchase special account. After this equity change, Shanghai Guoshi and its concerted party Shanghai Guosheng will hold a total of 16,511,900 shares of the company, accounting for 9.91% of the company's total share capital and 10.00% of the company's total share capital excluding the shares in the repurchase special account, with the shareholding ratio reaching an integer multiple of 5%
