WANLIN LOGISTICS announced that the company plans to terminate the integrated service platform for timber supply chain management, logistics network project, and the Gabon NKOK Development Zone timber processing and distribution center project. The remaining raised funds of 506 million yuan will be permanently used to supplement working capital to meet the company's daily operational funding needs. This decision has been approved by the board of directors and the supervisory board on May 15, 2025, and is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting
