HUARONG CHEMICAL: Provides a guarantee of no more than 100 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary Huarong International
On May 19th, HUARONG CHEMICAL announced that the company would provide a joint liability guarantee of no more than 100 million yuan to its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Huarong International Trade Co., Ltd. After this guarantee, the company's guarantee balance for Huarong International is 350 million yuan, and the available guarantee limit is 1.05 billion yuan
