TAI SANG LAND: Ma Qingxiu has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee
TAI SANG LAND announced that starting from May 19, 2025, Ms. Ma Qingxiu has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, Mr. Chen Longqing has also been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. He Zhiqiang has been appointed as a member of the Compensation Committee
According to the announcement from TAI SANG LAND (00089), effective from May 19, 2025: (1) Ms. Ma Qingxiu, currently an executive director and member of the remuneration committee, has been appointed by the board as a member of the nomination committee; (2) Mr. Chen Longqing, currently an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, has been appointed by the board as a member of the nomination committee; and (3) Mr. He Zhiqiang, currently an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, has been appointed by the board as a member of the remuneration committee
