Sinoma-ec/SEC: Signed a major contract worth approximately 1.252 billion yuan

Sinoma-ec announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sinoma-ec International Investment Co., Ltd., intends to sign the "EPC General Contract for the Green Energy Low Carbon Project of Navoi Fertilizer Plant in Uzbekistan" with its related party, China National Materials Overseas Technology Development Co., Ltd. The contract amount is approximately 1.252 billion yuan. The contract has come into effect, with a completion date of February 28, 2026. The scope of the contract includes project development, design, procurement, supply, construction, commissioning, debugging, testing, and other work, as well as all work required or necessary to remedy defects. This transaction follows the principles of voluntariness, equality, and integrity, is fairly priced, will not adversely affect the company's independence, and does not harm the interests of the company and minority shareholders
