XINHUA CHEMICAL: Appointed Zhao Jianbiao as the company's deputy general manager

XINHUA CHEMICAL announced that the company will hold the 17th meeting of the sixth board of directors on May 20, 2025, to review and approve the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's Vice President," agreeing to appoint Mr. Zhao Jianbiao as the company's vice president, effective from the date of the board's approval, with a term consistent with that of the sixth board of directors. He is currently the chairman of Jiangsu XINHUA and chairman of Jiangsu Xinrui, as well as a supervisor of the company.
