MANST: Wholly-owned subsidiary ManN Venture Capital plans to invest 50 million yuan to establish Tianjin Guiou No. 1 Equity Investment Fund Partnership
MANST announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen MANST Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., intends to invest RMB 50 million as a limited partner using its own funds, in collaboration with Guiou Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners to establish Tianjin Guiou No. 1 Equity Investment Fund Partnership. The registered capital of the target fund is RMB 100 million, and MANST Venture Capital holds a 49.995% share. The investment direction of the fund is equity investment projects in the new energy storage industry
