AMSKY: Plans to sign a procurement framework agreement for ceramic 3D printers not exceeding 7.5 million yuan
AMSKY announced that the company plans to sign a "Ceramic 3D Printer Procurement Framework Agreement" with Weici Technology Co., Ltd., stipulating the product purchase and sales business, with a total agreement amount not exceeding RMB 7.5 million. Weici is an associate company of the firm, and the company's chairman, Li Mingzhi, serves as its chairman, thus this transaction constitutes a related party transaction. The agreement will take effect upon the sealing by both parties and is tentatively valid for one year
