QYDL: Chairman Luo Tao resigns due to work reasons
On the evening of June 2nd, QYDL announced that the company's chairman, Luo Tao, has applied to resign from his positions as chairman, director, and the convener and member of the board's strategic committee due to work reasons. After resigning, Luo Tao will not hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. The company will complete the re-election of new directors and chairman as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures
