Well-known investor David Webb has reported changes in the "interests of controlled corporations" holding shares in listed companies. According to Hong Kong Stock Exchange data, two companies named "PREFERABLE SITUATION ASSETS LIMITED" and "MEMBER ONE LIMITED" have added Webb's spouse's name "WEBB, KAREN ANNE," and supplementary information indicates that "the shares of the controlled companies are currently held jointly." The related changes involve 22 companies, including Sun Hing Vision (00125.HK), RAYMOND IND (00229.HK), BAUHAUS INT'L (00483.HK), and others.

In addition to adding names, David Webb also reported on May 28 that he increased his holdings in BAUHAUS shares by approximately 104,000 shares at an average price of HKD 0.168, raising his shareholding from 7.98% to 8.01%
