Guoke Group: Tellhow plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 2.97% of the company's shares

Guoke Group announced that its shareholder Tellhow plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2.1051 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. It also plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4.2102 million shares through block trading, accounting for no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, to be conducted within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, with the planned reduction period from June 26, 2025, to September 25, 2025. The reduction price will be determined based on market prices
