Mr. Dong Yongzhan has reached the statutory retirement age and has completed retirement procedures, applying to resign from his positions as Chairman of the Seventh Board of Directors, Director, Chairman of the Strategy Committee, Member of the Nomination Committee, and Member of the Legal and Compliance Management Committee.
