NEPTUNUS announced the termination of the change of control matter and the cancellation of relevant agreements with Silk Spun Group and NEPTUNUS Group. At the same time, the company decided to terminate the issuance of A-shares to specific objects and signed an agreement to terminate the share subscription agreement
According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, NEPTUNUS (000078.SZ) stated that the company, NEPTUNUS Group, and Silk & Textile Group signed the "Termination Agreement on the Cooperation Agreement Regarding Shenzhen NEPTUNUS Bioengineering Co., Ltd." Silk & Textile Group, along with NEPTUNUS Group and its concerted actors Mr. Zhang Simin, Mr. Zhang Feng, and Ms. Wang Fei, signed the "Termination Agreement on the Share Transfer Agreement Regarding Shenzhen NEPTUNUS Bioengineering Co., Ltd." and the "Termination Agreement on the Voting Rights Waiver Agreement Regarding Shenzhen NEPTUNUS Bioengineering Co., Ltd.", thus terminating the change of control of the company.
In light of the termination of the change of control, the company has reviewed and approved the termination of the issuance of A-shares to specific targets and agreed to terminate the issuance of A-shares to specific targets, signing the termination agreement of the share subscription agreement
