ShaanGu: Chairman Li Hong'an resigns, Vice Chairman Chen Dangmin assumes duties
ShaanGu announced that the company's chairman, Li Hong'an, will resign on June 10, 2025, due to age reasons, and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Vice Chairman Chen Dangmin will act as chairman from the date of resignation until the board elects a new chairman. The company will complete the relevant elections and supplementary elections as soon as possible
