KSEC Intelligent Technology announced that the share reduction period for its shareholder, China National Capital Venture Investment Fund Co., Ltd., has expired. During the share reduction plan period, Guofeng Investment has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 7.0474 million shares, accounting for 2.93644% of the company's total share capital. Before the reduction, Guofeng Investment held 19.0474 million shares, accounting for 7.94% of the total share capital; after the reduction, it holds 11.9999 million shares, accounting for 4.99997% of the total share capital.
