"Profit Warning" FE HOTELS estimates a full-year loss of HKD 33 million to HKD 37 million

FE HOTELS (00037.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between HKD 33 million and HKD 37 million for the fiscal year ending in March, compared to a loss of HKD 33 million in the previous year. The anticipated loss is mainly due to a decline in hotel business in Hong Kong and rental income from serviced properties in mainland China, as well as a decrease in the fair value of investment properties
