SUNHERE: FOSUN PHARMA reduced its stake by 0.98%

SUNHERE announced that its shareholder Shanghai FOSUN PHARMA Industrial Development Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.978 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from March 18, 2025, to June 15, 2025. Recently, the company received a notification letter from FOSUN PHARMA regarding the completion of the share reduction plan, which was implemented on June 15, 2025. The average reduction price was 12.54 yuan, with a total reduction of 2.2828 million shares, accounting for 0.98%. After the reduction, FOSUN PHARMA holds 21.6453 million shares, representing 9.23% of the total share capital. This reduction plan did not violate relevant laws and regulations, the company's production and operation are normal, and there has been no change in control
