Zhengyuan Zhihui announced that its shareholders Yikang Investment and Zhenghao Investment have completed their reduction plans. Yikang Investment has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1.2589 million shares, accounting for 0.907% of the total share capital; Zhenghao Investment has cumulatively reduced its holdings by 1.0133 million shares, accounting for 0.730% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Yikang Investment holds 3.6488 million shares, accounting for 2.629% of the total share capital; Zhenghao Investment holds 272,800 shares, accounting for 0.197% of the total share capital. This reduction plan complies with relevant regulations and will not lead to a change in the company's control
