HMC: The controlling shareholder pledged 2.4288 million convertible bonds

HMC announced that the company's controlling shareholder Ningbo HMC Investment Management Co., Ltd., actual controller Ms. Yu Guomei, and her concerted party Ningbo Corn Equity Investment Management Partnership have completed the pledge registration procedures for the convertible bonds held by them. The number of pledged bonds is 2.4288 million, accounting for 74.14% of the company's remaining convertible bonds. Among them, Yu Guomei pledged 585,100 bonds, accounting for 100% of her held convertible bonds; Ningbo HMC Investment Management Co., Ltd. pledged 1.7554 million bonds, accounting for 100% of its held convertible bonds; Ningbo Corn Equity Investment Management Partnership pledged 88,318 bonds, accounting for 100% of its held convertible bonds. The pledgee is Tibet Trust Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledge is personal financing
