Aokang International: Controlling shareholder pledges 137 million shares

Aokang International announced that the actual controller Wang Zhentao holds 60.5567 million shares of the company, accounting for 15.10% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 60 million shares, accounting for 99.08% of his shareholding. The controlling shareholder Aokang Investment and its concerted actor Wang Zhentao together hold 172 million shares of the company, accounting for 42.83% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 111 million shares, accounting for 64.70% of their shareholding.
