SCMC: Completed the issuance of 1 billion yuan perpetual medium-term notes
SCMC announced that on June 26, 2025, it completed the issuance of the first phase of technology innovation bonds for Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. for the year 2025. The issuance amount of this medium-term note is RMB 1 billion, with a term of 3+N years, a face value of RMB 100 per unit, and an issuance interest rate of 2.55%. Interest will start to accrue from June 26, 2025
