BAUHAUS INT'L appoints Xu Meixin and Xu Jiayao as independent non-executive directors
BAUHAUS INT'L announced that starting from June 28, 2025, Wang Wentai and Wang Bingliang will resign as independent non-executive directors and will no longer serve as members of the nomination committee and audit committee, respectively. Xu Meixin and Xu Jiayao have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, serving as the chairpersons of the nomination committee and audit committee, respectively
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BAUHAUS INT'L (00483) announced that starting from June 28, 2025, Mr. Wang Wentai has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee; Mr. Wang Bingliang has submitted his resignation as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee and as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; Ms. Xu Meixin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and as a member of the audit committee and remuneration committee; and Mr. Xu Jiayao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee
