On the evening of June 27, Optics Tech (47.280, 0.53, 1.13%) (stock code: 300489) announced that the company has decided to terminate the related party transaction of issuing shares and paying cash to acquire 100% of the shares of XianDao Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and raising supporting funds.
