RoadRover Technology announced that Ms. Guo Xiumei, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has pledged her shares in the company, with a pledge amount of 14.4044 million shares, accounting for 100% of her held shares and 12% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is June 27, 2025, and the pledge expiration date is August 23, 2035. The pledgees include Xinjiang Bank Co., Ltd., Kunlun Bank Co., Ltd. Tuha Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. Urumqi Branch, Urumqi Bank Co., Ltd. Hami Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd. Hami Branch, Ping An Bank Co., Ltd. Urumqi Branch, Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. Hami Branch, Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd. Urumqi Branch, and China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. Hami City Branch.
