WIT DYNE: Shareholder Guo Weisong increased his stake in the company to 3.7%
WIT DYNE announced that major shareholder Guo Weisong, who holds more than 5% of the shares, increased his holdings by a total of 8.66 million shares from June 30, 2025, to July 1, 2025, accounting for 3.7% of the company's total share capital. After this increase, Mr. Guo Weisong holds a total of 22.72 million shares in the company, accounting for 9.7% of the company's total share capital
