ZERO FINTECH subsidiary grants loans
ZERO FINTECH's wholly-owned subsidiary X8 Finance has signed two loan agreements with multiple borrowers. Loan Agreement I provides a loan of HKD 57 million, secured by the first mortgage of Property I provided by Borrower I; Loan Agreement II provides a loan of HKD 35 million, secured by the second mortgage of Property II provided by Borrower IV
According to the announcement from ZERO FINTECH (00093), on July 7, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary X8 Finance (as the lender) entered into Loan Agreement I with Borrower I, Borrower II, and Borrower III (as joint borrowers) to provide a loan I with a principal amount of HKD 57 million, which is secured by the existing first mortgage of Property I provided by Borrower I (as the mortgagor); and entered into Loan Agreement II with Borrower IV and Borrower III (as joint borrowers) to provide a loan II with a principal amount of HKD 35 million, which will be secured by the second mortgage of Property II provided by Borrower IV (as the mortgagor). Accordingly, X8 Finance agrees to provide the respective loans to the borrowers in accordance with the terms of the loan agreements and the conditions set forth therein
