<p>According to the announcement from ZERO FINTECH (00093), on July 7, 2025, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary X8 Finance (as the lender) entered into Loan Agreement I with Borrower I, Borrower II, and Borrower III (as joint borrowers) to provide a loan I with a principal amount of HKD 57 million, which is secured by the existing first mortgage of Property I provided by Borrower I (as the mortgagor); and entered into Loan Agreement II with Borrower IV and Borrower III (as joint borrowers) to provide a loan II with a principal amount of HKD 35 million, which will be secured by the second mortgage of Property II provided by Borrower IV (as the mortgagor).
