BENEFO: Elected Zuo Xiaopeng as Chairman
BENEFO announced on the evening of July 15 that Li Shiqi applied to resign from his positions as director, chairman, legal representative, chairman of the Strategic Development Committee, and member of the Compensation and Assessment Committee due to work adjustments. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. With the unanimous consent of all directors, Zuo Xiaopeng was elected as chairman, executive chairman of the company, and legal representative, with a term consistent with that of the ninth board of directors
