SunwayWorld: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.07% of the company's shares

SunwayWorld announced that the company's shareholders, Beijing Weiheng Management Consulting Center and Beijing Sanwei Zhijian Management Consulting Center, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2,320,500 shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days thereafter. In addition, shareholders Yinghao Venture Capital Co., Ltd. - Nanjing Chengxian Phase I Venture Capital Partnership and Yinghao Venture Capital Co., Ltd. - Nanjing Yafeng Phase I Venture Capital Partnership plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 827,000 shares during the same period, accounting for 1.07% of the company's total share capital
