SIERTE FERTILIZER announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Vice General Manager Liu Yong on July 16, 2025. Mr. Liu Yong resigned from his position as Vice General Manager of the company and all positions held in the company's branches and subsidiaries due to personal and family reasons. Mr. Liu was originally scheduled to serve until the end of the sixth board term of the company and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company, and he does not hold any shares in the company
