KMYY: Plans to sign a settlement agreement with related party Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group to resolve historical debt issues for 43.5 million yuan
KMYY announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu KMYY Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. intends to sign a settlement agreement with Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. to settle the aforementioned debt with 43.5 million yuan and related handling fees. After the payment is completed, Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group will assist Chengdu KMYY in handling the execution unsealing and case closure procedures. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset restructuring
