Huatong Wires & Cables Group announced that one of its actual controllers, Zhang Wendong, pledged 29 million shares, accounting for 39.18% of his holdings and 5.71% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is July 15, 2025, and the purpose of the pledge is for investment and operation. After this pledge, Zhang Wendong will release another 29 million shares from the pledge. After the release of this share pledge, the total number of shares pledged by Zhang Wendong will be 29 million shares, accounting for 39.18% of his holdings and 5.71% of the company's total share capital
