YaGuang Technology: Controlling shareholder pledges 14.5 million company shares
YaGuang Technology announced that its controlling shareholder Hunan Haifei Holdings Co., Ltd. pledged 14.5 million shares of the company on July 16, 2025, accounting for 8.42% of its holdings and 1.42% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is intended to supplement working capital. Haifei Holdings and its concerted actor Mr. Li Yuexian collectively hold 199 million shares of the company, accounting for 19.45% of the company's total share capital. The shares held by Haifei Holdings and concerted actor Mr. Li Yuexian have cumulatively been pledged or used as collateral for 198 million shares, accounting for 99.52% of their holdings and 19.36% of the company's total share capital
