On the evening of July 17, Discovery Dream Science & Technology announced that its shareholder, Guanshang Development, intends to transfer 4 million shares of the company to Zhiyuan Capital through a negotiated transfer, with a transfer price of 44.14 yuan per share, totaling 176.56 million yuan. After the completion of this transfer, Zhiyuan Capital will become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company.
