According to the announcement from *ST SGT (002808.SZ), the company has signed an "Investment Agreement" with Wang Shanbin, Wu Xuesong, and Shanghai Jingxin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jingxin Technology"). The company plans to acquire a total registered capital of RMB 59,242 held by Wang Shanbin and Wu Xuesong for RMB 10 million, corresponding to 3.57% of the equity of the target company after this transaction; at the same time, it will subscribe for RMB 41,469.3 in newly increased registered capital of the target company for RMB 70 million, corresponding to 25.00% of the equity of the target company after this transaction.
