Buydeem Group: Plans to acquire 100% equity of Zhongshan PHUA LEE MING for 156 million yuan

Buydeem Group announced that the company intends to use its own funds of 156 million yuan to acquire 100% equity of Zhongshan Keri Automation Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen PHUA LEE MING Co., Ltd. Upon completion of this transaction, Zhongshan Keri will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Buydeem Group and will be included in the consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, does not constitute a major asset restructuring, and does not require submission to the company's shareholders' meeting for approval. This transaction is still subject to the review of the shareholders' meeting of PHUA LEE MING, and there is uncertainty regarding its final completion
