IRC (01029.HK) announced the full sale of its vanadium pentoxide product sales business to Jianlong Steel - a 46% stake in Heilongjiang Jianlong Vanadium Industry, for a price of 32.2 million RMB. The estimated sale proceeds are approximately 4.5 million USD
