FUNENG CO.,LTD. announced that its controlling shareholder, Fujian Energy Group Co., Ltd., and its concerted party, Fujian Funeng Xingye Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., cumulatively increased their holdings by 4.9719 million shares through centralized bidding from June 30, 2025, to July 29, 2025, accounting for 0.18% of the company's total share capital. Their holdings increased from 1.5553 billion shares to 1.558 billion shares, with the proportion rising from 55.87% to 56.05%, triggering a 1% scale change in equity. This increase is part of the buyback plan disclosed on June 26, 2025, which aims to increase the amount by no less than RMB 100 million and no more than RMB 200 million within six months
