XTEMD: Director Yu Lei resigns due to job transfer

XTEMD announced that Mr. Yu Lei, a director of the company, has applied to resign from his position on the ninth board of directors due to a job transfer. After Mr. Yu Lei's resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company and does not hold any shares in the company.
