On the evening of July 29, Sinnet announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhoushan Baihuida Venture Capital Partnership, and its concerted actors Geng Yan, Guo Mingqiang, and Wang Lu plan to reduce their holdings in the company through centralized bidding transactions, totaling no more than 1.3114 million shares, accounting for no more than 0.08% of the company's total share capital
