SMS's wholly-owned subsidiary, SMS Lianjing Smart Computing, has signed a framework contract for the sale of robotic equipment with Blue Ribbon. According to the agreement, the sales quantity will not be less than 50 units in 2025, not less than 300 units in 2026, and not less than 450 units in 2027. The specific product models will be determined in subsequent agreements
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SMS (002857.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sanhui Lianjing Zhichuan (Shanghai) High-Tech Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanhui Lianjing Zhichuan") signed a "Product Sales Framework Agreement" with Zibo Blue Ribbon Health Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Blue Ribbon") on July 31, 2025, regarding the sales of robotic equipment and related matters.
The agreement stipulates the quantity of robot sales, with no less than 50 units in 2025; no less than 300 units in 2026; and no less than 450 units in 2027. However, the specific names and models of commercial and household robot products will be determined by both parties in subsequent implementation agreements to be signed at that time
