WEIXING NBM: Hong Yihua resigns as Deputy General Manager

On July 31, WEIXING NBM announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter from Deputy General Manager Hong Yihua, who has reached retirement age and is applying to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager. The resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors. After retirement, Hong Yihua will no longer hold any position in the company or its holding subsidiaries
