JD Capital: Changes in the Shareholding Structure of the Controlling Shareholder
JD Capital announced that its controlling shareholder, JD Group, will transfer 100% of the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Zixing Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., to JD Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangxi Zixing Commercial Development Co., Ltd. There has been no change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller before and after this equity structure change, and the controlling shareholder remains JD Group. This equity structure change will not have a substantial impact on the company's daily operations and production activities
