According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shenzhen Xinxintai International Logistics Co., Ltd. was established, with Shen Yan as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5 million yuan. The business scope includes: international air cargo transportation agency; international maritime cargo transportation agency; international land cargo transportation agency; inspection and quarantine services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shanghai Xinxinyun Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Shen Yan, SLC, and others
