HON-Flex and the government of Qingyang plan to jointly build a green intelligent digital infrastructure project, with a total investment expected to be 12.8 billion yuan. The project will rely on Qingyang's green electricity resources to promote the construction of low-carbon and efficient computing power infrastructure, with plans to build a high-performance intelligent computing center. Once completed, the project can accommodate more than 2,500 high-power cabinets, with computing power not less than 40,000 PFlops. The computing power scale in Qingyang is expected to exceed 50,000 PFlops by the end of 2024, becoming a core hub for computing power in the country
