NYOCOR Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NYOCOR Yiwuz Digital Technology Co., Ltd., signed an "Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Technology Service Contract" with WuWen XinQiong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. on January 27, 2025. According to the contract, NYOCOR Yiwuz will provide intelligent computing power and its supporting bandwidth resources, storage resources, security resources, and IT operation and maintenance services to WuWen XinQiong, delivered in two phases. The total rental amount for the first phase of the contract is RMB 69.12 million, with a service period of 12 months. The deployment and performance testing of the high-performance computing server cluster have been successfully completed, and the overall delivery of the first phase of the computing power cluster has recently been completed, entering the established operation service phase
