HPGC: Subsidiary listed for leasing part of idle assets

HPGC announced on August 4th that the company plans to revitalize some idle assets of its subsidiary, Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Pharmaceutical General Factory, located at No. 109 Xuefu Road, Nangang District, Harbin City, through a public leasing method. These assets include 10 buildings with a total area of 22,671.39 square meters. The rental price will not be lower than the assessed price, and the lease term is 10 years. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval. However, due to factors such as market conditions, there are still uncertainties regarding the trading counterpart, trading price, and implementation progress
